David Eathan Hillman of 432 Wellington Street East, Apartment #2 – age 19 was arrested for break and enter. It is alleged that on May 21, 2012 the accused entered a residence in the 100 block of Henrietta Avenue and stole jewelry. The accused will attend court on July 23, 2012 at 9:00am.

Auger (Rodger) Marin of 55 Chapple Avenue, #220 – age 62 was arrested for impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit. The accused was followed by police because of erratic driving and was apprehended in the area of Chapple Avenue. The accused will appear in court on July 23, 2012 at 9:00am.

Joseph Edward Fitzgerald of 13 Fisher Trailer Park – age 22 turned himself in because of outstanding warrants for breach of recognizance and breach of probation x 9. The accused will appear in bail court on June 22, 2012 at 10:00am.

Theft of a tailgate from a 2007 Chev Silverado from a vehicle in the 400 block of Black Road.
