Male Arrested for Assault
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 49 year-old Timothy Constantineau of 45 Wellington Street West at 12:28 am on the 17 of June at his residence and charged him with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 16th of June at approximately 10:00 pm the accused assaulted a male known to him after a verbal argument at his residence. The victim received non-life threatening injuries as a result. The accused is to appear in court on the 25th of July.

Male Arrested for Assault on Station Mall Security Officer
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 25 year-old Christopher Robb of no fixed address on the 16th of June at 8:52 pm on Albert Street East and charged him with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 16th of June at approximately 8:45 pm the accused attended at the Station Mall LCBO store in an intoxicated condition and was directed to leave by store security. The accused assaulted the security officer and fled on foot but was located and apprehend by police a short time later. The accused is to appear in court on the 25th of July.

Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrant for Criminal Harassment
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 37 year-old Brock Thivierge of 15 Copernicus Drive on the 16th of June at 10:03 am on McNabb Street on an outstanding warrant and charged him with one count of criminal harassment. It is alleged that the accused was wanted for criminal harassment incidents from June of 2009 involving a female known to him. He is to appear in court on the 18th of July.

Three Domestic Related Arrests
1) Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 23 year-old male at 3:39 am this morning at his residence and charged him with one count of assault, one count of mischief, one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused assaulted his common law partner at their residence at approximately 3:30 am this morning. It is further alleged that the accused caused large amount of damage inside the residence. When he was arrested he was found in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. At the time the accused was on a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be good. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

2) Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 31 year-old male on the 16th of June at 4:35 pm at his residence an charged him with one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 14th of June the accused breached his recognizance release conditions by driving by the residence of his ex-girlfriend and attending at her work place. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

3) Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 29 year-old male on the 16th of June at 3:28 pm and charged him with two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 16th of June the accused attended at the residence of a female and at the time he was on probation order conditions not attend at her residence or to communicate with her due to previous domestic related charges. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Break and Enter and Theft Reports
• A shed in the 600 block of Wellington Street West was entered sometime overnight on the 16th of June. A set of keys, a change box and some cigarettes were reported stolen.

• A Kona Stinky Down Mountain Bike, orange in colour was stolen from the 200 block of Second Line West.
