19 Year Old Charged With Secual Interference

Yesterday afternoon City Police arrested a 19-year-old male and charged him with Sexual Interference. It is alleged that during the early morning hours of June 4th the accused person did have sexual intercourse with a female person under the age of 14 years. The accused will be appearing in Court on Monday July 24th at 9:00 AM.

Sexual Exploitation

Yesterday afternoon City Police arrested a 36-year-old male person and charged him with Sexual Interference, Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Assault. It is alleged that between July 2005 and April 2006 the accused person did sexually assault the victim, a young person under the age of 14. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.

Search Warrant Leads To Drug Bust

At approx. 3:15 Pm yesterday afternoon City Police executed a search warrant at an address on MacDonald Ave. It is alleged that as a result of the warrant police located a quantity of Crack Cocaine, Codeine Pills, Cannabis Marihuana and paraphernalia associated with the sale of drugs. Also located in the residence was approx. $ 12,700.00 (U.S.) that is believed to have been stolen from a break and enter earlier this month. Mary Catherine Denisi, age 20, of 631 MacDonald Ave. Apt. 509 is charged with three counts of Possession of a Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Stolen Property.
Ms Denisi will be appearing in Court on Monday July 17th at 9:00 AM.

Domestic Dispute

At approx. 1:00 AM this morning City Police attended at a west end address in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival of the officers they received information from a female victim and subsequently arrested a 33-year-old male. It is alleged that the accused male kicked the victim in the face several time. The victim suffered bruising and soreness to the affected area. The accused is charged with one count of Assault and two counts of Breach of Probation. He will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.
