Evening Report:
41 year old Duane Gugins attended at Sears in the Station Mall where he stole a pair of running shoes and was apprehended by store security.
When police arrived he provided a false name through further investigation his real identity was learned.
He was charged with theft under $5000.00, obstruct police and breach of a recognizance.
He is scheduled for wash court.

On July 5, 2012 Candace Miron, 22, of no fixed address was observed on Gore St. by officers who knew her. A CPIC check was initiated by them and revealed an outstanding warrant for breach of recognizance for failing to attend at the court ordered John Howard Society bail program. The accused will attend bail court on July 6.

An 18 year old was arrested by police for assault with a weapon after attending at a domestic incident. The accused will attend bail court on July 6. The victim did not require medical care.

Michael King, 32 of 17 Lorna Dr. was arrested after the Street Team executed a drug warrant at his residence. The accused was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released by promise to appear to a court date of August 13.
