Male Arrested for Breaching Release Documents
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 38 year-old Robert Muhonen of 135 McFadden Avenue last night at the Algoma Remand and Treatment Centre and charged him with three counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 7th of August the accused breached his recognizance order conditions by residing at a residence that had a computer, being in possession of a computer and being in possession of adult pornography. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Female Arrested on Outstanding Warrant
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 26 year-old Krystal Hart of 75 James Street (rear) on the 11th of August at her residence on an outstanding warrant. She has been charge with on count of fail to appear court for allegedly failing to appear on the 6th of June.

Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrant
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 21 year-old Aaron Wissell of #1-102 Breton Road on the 11th of August at 12:25 pm on Trunk Road on an outstanding warrant and charged him with one count fail to appear court. It is alleged that he failed to appear court on the 18th of July.

Female Arrested for Obstructing Police
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 36 year-old Crystal L’Heureux of 75 James Street (rear apt.) on the 11th of August at 9:15 am at her residence and charged her with one count of obstruct police. It is alleged that on the 11th of August the accused obstructed officers that were executing an arrest warrant for Krystal Hart at 75 James Street (above bail arrest) by misleading and lying to them that Hart was not inside the residence. Officers found Hart hiding inside the home. The accused L’Heureux is to appear in court on the 12th of September.

Female Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 18 year-old Tasha Stone-Perron of 23 White Sands Drive in Michipicoten First Nation on the 11th of August at the Money Mart at 150 Churchill Boulevard and charged her with one count of possession of stolen property. It is alleged that on the 11th of August at approximately 1:15 pm the accused attended at the Money Mart and attempted to cash a cheque valued at $450 that was reported stolen. The accused is to appear in court on the 12th of September.

Domestic Related Arrest
Offices with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 33 year-old female yesterday afternoon at her residence and charged her with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 11th of August at approximately 12:40 pm the accused assaulted her common law partner. No injuries were reported. The accused is to appear in court on the 14th of September.

Theft Reports
• A vehicle parked in a lot in the 400 block of Queen Street East was broken into last night. A purse and books were reported stolen.

• A bicycle was stolen from Oak Park Crescent.

Mischief Reports
• Three vehicles were reported damaged in the area of the 1000 block of Trunk Road around 11:30 pm last evening when unknown suspect/s were throwing rocks from the bush area near White Pines High School at passing vehicles. Officers checked the area with negative results.

• A vehicle parked on Allard Street had a tail light smashed.
