Bail Court

1) A 17 year old male will appear in bail court today after a domestic related incident on the 02 April 2009. It is alleged that the male became involved in an argument with his girlfriend. The accused left the victims residence at which time the victim locked the door. This did not sit well with the accused as it is alleged that he kicked at the door until it was forced open. The accused was arrested and will face a charge of mischief in bail court this morning.

2) A 20 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with assaulting his girlfriend. It is alleged that on the 25 March 2009 the accused and the victim were together and a verbal argument developed. This escalated into the accused punching the victim in the face knocking her down causing her head to strike the floor. The injuries did not require medical treatment.

3) A 13 year old male will appear in court on the 05 May 2009 charged with theft under, possession of property obtained by crime and threatening death. It is alleged that while at school the accused took a memory stick and when caught with it stated if the victim complained to police he would kill him.

4) On the 03 April 2009 at approx. 02:05 hrs officers observed a motor vehicle go through a red light at Pim and Wellington and proceed east bound on Wellington, vehicle was pulled over on Queen St. The driver was tested with a roadside screening device of which he failed the test. The accused was transported to the Police station where breathalyzer tests were completed. The accused 20 year old Joseph Eddy Nicholas Adamo, of 1729 Queen St. East was charged with consume over the legal limit. He will appear in court on the 04 May 2009 at 09:00 am.
