On Nov. 30, 2016, City Police observed a vehicle leaving a local east side bar. Police pulled the vehicle over in a parking area a short time later.

On speaking with the female driver, police believed that the driver had been drinking and administered a road side screening device. The accused allegedly failed the test and later failed a breath test at the police station.

The accused was arrested for having care and control of a motor vehicle while consuming over the legal limit of alcohol. It is also alleged that the accused had a G1 driver’s licence which carries a condition of no alcohol when driving.

Olivia Fawn Lewis-Reid, age 19, was arrested for consuming over the legal limit and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 9, 2017 at 9 a.m.
