SAULT STE. MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On April 10, 2018, officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 23-year-old male as a result of a domestic violence incident.
It is alleged that the accused engaged in an argument with his ex-girlfriend. The argument escalated and the accused assaulted the victim by kicking her. Police were contacted and the accused was arrested a short time later.
He has been charged with one count of assault and was held for bail court.
