Charges related to what police described as the theft of $45,000 worth of "various household effects" from a rental property have been withdrawn.

Court documents show a charge of theft over $5,000 against Jamie Dumoulin was withdrawn Feb. 24. A charge of possession of illegally obtained items valued at less than $5,000 against Michael Burke was withdrawn Feb. 10.

Last summer, Dumoulin was accused of stealing the goods from an Airport Road home she had been renting. She and Burke were arrested on July 30.
