On June 28, 2017 officers with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 46-year-old Thomas Wierzbicki of Albert Street West in relation to a break and enter and theft.

It is alleged that the accused entered a building in the 1500 block of Leigh’s Bay Road and stole over 500 pounds of copper. The accused was located by police and arrested.

He has been charged with one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property, one count of possession of break in instruments and one count of breach of probation. He will appear in bail court today.
