On the 20th September 2016, just before 7 in the morning City Police were called to an address on Pim Street for disturbance.
Upon arrival Police spoke to a male that was later discovered to have a warrant requested for his arrest.
As a result Curtis Daynard age 33 was arrested for one count of assault and one count of threatening death. Mr. Daynard will appear in court on the 31 October 2016.
