On Sept. 22, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 35-year-old Christian Fox of no fixed address in relation to an assault.
It is alleged that on Sept. 17, 2017 at 3 a.m., the accused attended the residence of a female known to him. The accused engaged in a verbal argument with the victim and then assaulted her by pulling her hair and scratching her.
The accused was arrested on Sept. 22, 2017 and charged with one count of assault. He will appear in court on Nov. 6, 2017.
