GALLERY: Monster trucks bring the noise to Memorial Gardens

Tour returned downtown for the first time since 2022

The familiar roars of monster trucks returned to the GFL Memorial Gardens on Saturday as hundreds enjoyed this year's edition of Monster Madness.

Revving their engines in the Sault for the first time since 2022, the tour featured 10,000-pound monster trucks soaring through the air, performing wheelies, and showing off their freestyle skills to the delight of a raucous crowd.

Fan favourite "Muddy Girl" stole the show early on and swept the competition with a number of impressive jumps en route to victory.

Stunt performers with the FMX World Tour also joined in on the fun this afternoon where they performed extreme tricks, backflips, and the infamous kiss of death.
