Together we are driving down hunger in Algoma!

For the ninth straight year, Northside Toyota is back with its Fill the Tundra fundraiser! Nine local businesses are generously matching the first $1,000 in community donations. That means every $25 donation is turned into $250! Let's make sure we reach our goal and amplify the outcome for our community. All donations will support the SSM Soup Kitchen and St. Vincent Place.

Make an online donation below >

Or you can make a donation at Rome’s, Pino’s or Northside Toyota until Dec. 15!

Non-perishable food can be placed in ‘Fill the Toyota’ vehicles at each location. Monetary donations will also be accepted at grocery checkouts.

Thank you to our generous community and local businesses that work hard to make Sault Ste. Marie a better place.

About Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen Community Centre

Building a healthy community through the power of food.

More than 11,000 people in Sault Ste. Marie struggle with poverty and food insecurity. This has an effect on their physical and mental health, and on the fabric of our community.

We provide good food, programming and resources in spaces that are warm, dignified and respectful. The Soup Kitchen Community Centre welcomes everyone and encourages self-sufficiency and improve quality of life, starting with access to good food.

Community kitchen brings people together to learn, cook, and share nutritious, culturally-diverse, and inexpensive meals. We offer a range of cooking groups, all designed to build food skills, reduce social isolation, and increase access to healthy food, while connecting people to other resources.
