Police in Timmins are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy. Anyone with information on the disappearance of Makaen Glembus is asked to call Timmins City Police.

The federal government is opening up its wallet to support the music, tv and film industry in northern Ontario. The $850,000 in funding is being made available through FedNor and the goal is to promote and attract private sector funding.

Ontario is set to offer free training to female truck drivers. Currently only 2 per cent of the province's truck drivers are females and the government is going to incentivize in an attempt to boost that number. Currently there’s a need for more than 6,000 truck drivers to fill job vacancies.
