MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT & OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Yesterday afternoon, police arrested Michael Miller, Age 30, and charged him with two new charges of common assault and two new charges of breach of undertaking.

City police had a relatively quiet night last night. A total of nine people were arrested, mainly for noisy parties, assaults and one drunk in a public place. No break and enters have been reported.

MAN ARRESTED FOR THEFT Patrol officers arrested 26-year old Kelly Boyer of 81 Gran Street yesterday afternoon. It is alleged he stole a jacket from Sears.

THREE MEN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT Three young men were arrested last evening at 9:30 and have each been charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm. It is alleged they assaulted two other males, ages 20 and 23, by punching and kicking them.

FATAL ACCIDENT - NAME RELEASED A vehicle-pedestrian accident Friday evening about 10:30 on Second Line took the life of an 11-year old boy, Mitchell Wasyliniuk of 996 Second Line West.
