Century 21 Choice Realty has a lot to celebrate this year!

This past January, James Caicco purchased the local Century 21 with a vision to grow the company into the best real estate company in town.

With 15 years of real estate experience under his belt, he is familiar with the challenging housing market and had a few ideas on how he could use the Century 21 brand to realize his vision.

Since May, the company has moved into a new office and has grown to include 14 agents ... and counting.

Caicco echoes Century 21’s motto: We’ve maintained our high standards by attracting some of the finest real estate professionals around, then helping them offer excellent service to customers.

We deliver this by understanding their goals and then adopting them as our own. “I am fortunate to have the greatest team of realtors in the business. Some are new and some have a great deal of experience, but there is a synergy here at the office and this is something that is important to me and everyone involved,” adds Caicco.

In addition to top rate agents, Caicco also hired Deanna Martone to run the office.

“Deanna manages the day-to-day operations. She is really committed to the company, its clients and to each one of the agents! Deanna started with us in March and was instrumental in moving the office to its new location.”

As far as the present location at 121 Brock Street goes, coincidentally, it really isn’t that new ... so to speak.

Nearly 40 years ago, Larry Day operated Dawson and Keenan here under the Century 21 Brand.

Caicco and all of the agents want to share this special 40th occasion with a vacation give-away.

Century 21 Choice Realty is offering a free draw for a Resort Certificate which consists of a one-week (seven nights) vacation stay to be used anywhere in the world at selected locations.
