A history lesson for Frank Sarlo. From Jason Young

By David Helwig
Monday, June 20, 2011 has received the following note from faithful reader Jason Young:

Mr. Helwig:

At the public grotto meeting (admirably covered by, Frank Sarlo made a statement to the effect that he was unaware that our rapids had been named Sault de Gaston.

I was surprised that, given his self-admitted zeal for 17th Century French history, he overlooked the local monument to this fact.

It is located at Spring and Queen, about 600 meters from the door of the building in which he practiced the bulk of his law career.
