Suspicious death on Landslide Rd

************************* Today at 3:39 p.m., the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service received a call from a citizen who observed a deceased male off the roadway on Landslide Road between Old Garden River Road and Fourth Line East in Sault Ste. Marie.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service attended on scene and officers from investigations services are currently investigating this incident as a suspicious death incident.

Police are currently at the scene and Landslide Road is closed to all pedestrian and vehicular traffic from Old Garden River Road to Fourth Line East.

Police are asking the public to avoid this area so that they can conduct their investigation.

There are no further details to be released at this time.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance with this investigation.
