Vehicle parked in the middle of Carmen's Way, Bela arrested

On the 17th of September, 2014 at approximately 3:57 p.m., Patrol Services responded to the corner of Albert Street West and Carmen’s Way with regards to a complaint that a motor vehicle was parked in the middle of the roadway.

Upon speaking to the operator of the motor vehicle police detected the order of alcohol on his breath.

As a result, a roadside screening device demand was made to the driver, who refused to provide a sample.

66-year-old Bela Farkas of Kohler Street was charged with one count of failing to provide a sample on an approved screening device.

He will appear in Court on October 20, 2014.
