Eleven Bistro & Bake Shoppe says good bye

About two hours ago Chef Mark said good-bye to all his faithful soup and sandwich fans via Facebook. "Happy Tuesday! It was a good run, but due to unforseeable circumstances we've had to shut our doors." wrote Chef Mark.

About two hours ago Chef Mark said good-bye to all his faithful soup and sandwich fans via Facebook.
 
"Happy Tuesday! It was a good run, but due to unforseeable circumstances we've had to shut our doors." wrote Chef Mark. "A huge thanks to anyone who enjoyed our soups and sandwiches or helped us out along the way. Thank you for your support."
 
The shop opened on Tuesday, September 6 to much critical acclaim.
 
As reported earlier by SooToday.com, it was operated by the dynamic duo of Mark and Manda Hohmann and specialized in healthy, home made soups, sandwiches and pastries.
 
From time to time, Chef Mark also offered small classes on how to bake various yummy things like artisan bread (shown).
