OPP requesting your assistance in locating a missing male

ELLIOT LAKE - The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is conducting an extensive search with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine for a local missing male in Elliot Lake.

Investigation reveals William Lozier (22) of Elliot Lake left his residence at 12 p.m. on January 10, 2016 stating he was going for a walk. 

He was also seen at approximately 2 p.m. walking on Hillside Drive North.

He was last seen wearing a blue and dark blue plaid heavy sweater, dark jeans and grey hiking boots.

He is described as 6’2”, approximately 215 lbs, medium build, dark brown shoulder length hair and a scruffy beard.

Police are concerned for his wellbeing and are asking anyone that may have seen him or may know his whereabouts to contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
