HAVILLAND TOWNSHIP – On November 23, 2015 at 8 a.m. Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Canine Unit responded to a call regarding an injured dog in the 100 block of Lodema Drive.

The dog was outside for a short period of time and returned to the owner's residence with an arrow embedded in its side.

OPP investigation is ongoing at this time.
