Mayor John Rowswell was at Algoma University College's convocation on Saturday, as son Joel joined 164 other graduates in the Class of 2002.
Rowswell (shown afterward bending the ear of Laurentian University president Dr. Hermann Falter) recorded the event on video.
Joel Rowswell graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting, as part of the largest class in AUC's 35-year history.
