Searchmont skiers win weekend event on home hill

Despite a challenging season for ski hills, Searchmont Resort was able to host the 2024 Great Lakes Honda Cup this weekend — and the Searchmont Ski Runners held on to their undefeated streak to capture the win. 

Open to U8, U10, and U12 athletes, 130 racers from 10 different ski clubs across Ontario entered this year’s race.

The winning club is determined by calculating skiers’ points, with SSR coming out on top again.
