Hit the links in support of Sault College scholarships

The date is set for Sault College's summer Golf Classic.

The annual event, which includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, and dinner in support of post-secondary student scholarships, as well as student and alumni supports and services, is slated for Aug. 8 at Silver Creek Golf Course in Garden River.

Registration for the event is open until July 29 with cost for a team of four set at $600.

Golfing gets underway as a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

“Sault College Alumni is thrilled to bring together our community once again for this year's Sault College Golf Classic. It's not just about enjoying a great day on the golf course; it is about supporting our students and making a real impact in their lives,” said Tyler Epp, manager, alumni relations and events. “The funds raised will directly contribute to scholarships and student supports helping to make education more accessible. We're grateful for the continued support of our community and look forward to another successful event.”
