Jack Spades heading to Spiderfest

SSM punks, Jack Spades, will be hitting the highway to head to Ontario’s longest running punk rock festival for their third appearance at the festival this year.

Hosted annually, Spiderfest takes place in the tiny town of Myersberg, Ontario and hosts live punk rock acts for three days every summer.

Enroute to Spiderfest, Spades will be making stops in Sudbury, Oshawa, and Toronto.

They’ll be kicking off the string of gigs with a local appearance tonight at Rockstar Bar featuring Toronto punks The Anti-Queens.

The Anti-Queens are four friends from Toronto who write punk rock/grunge pop inspired tunes. In their first appearance in Sault Ste Marie, this ¾  female driven act is sure to rock your eardrums.

The lineup will also feature SSM glam/metal hybrid Project 421 and will begin at 10 pm. Cover is just $5. It is a 19+ show.

Jack Spades will be sharing the stage with Boston based hardcore punks “Opposition Rising” for three dates during the week in Sudbury, Toronto and on Saturday night at Spiderfest.
