Veteran driver Keenan Spurway, who won a points title in 214 in the modified class at Laird International Raceway, has shifted to the factory stock division for this season and he’s still enjoying some success.

After a third-place finish in the feature on opening night, Spurway did himself a little better on Thursday with a victory in the 20-lap factory stock feature, giving him a pair of checkered flags on the night after he took the win in the heat race earlier in the night.

J.P. DelPaggio (second) and Mike Corbett (third) rounded out the leaders of the pack.

Another veteran driver, Rob Hiiemaa, took the checkered flag in the 25-lap super late model feature ahead of King, who is doing double-duty this season with cars in the super late model and modified divisions.

Jay Palumbo rounded out the top three in the super late model feature.

Mav MacDonald won the 20-lap modified feature, while John Carter won the 20-lap factory four feature.

Action continues at Laird with a full program on July 2.
