Thunderbirds one win from Dudley Hewitt berth

The Thunderbirds took a 3-1 series lead over the Cochrane Crunch thanks to a 2-0 victory on Friday night.

Mario Culina made 28 saves for the shutout.

Brett Jeffries and Devin She'll scored for the Thunderbirds.

Cochrane goaltender Brett Young made 38 saves.

Game five is set for Sunday night at the Essar Centre with the series winner advancing to the Dudley Hewitt Cup in Fort Frances, Ont. The tournament begins on Apr. 28.
