Greyhounds forward suspended

Soo Greyhounds forward Michael Bunting has been suspended 10 games by the Ontario Hockey League. The league made the announcement on Wednesday. Bunting was suspended for a hit on Sarnia Sting defenceman Joshua Chapman on Sunday in Sarnia.

Soo Greyhounds forward Michael Bunting has been suspended 10 games by the Ontario Hockey League.

The league made the announcement on Wednesday.

Bunting was suspended for a hit on Sarnia Sting defenceman Joshua Chapman on Sunday in Sarnia.

Bunting received a major penalty for interference on the play.

Also on Wednesday, the league announced the suspension of Sam Studnicka of the Ottawa 67's for eight games for an incident from the weekend against the Niagara IceDogs.
