The Canadian Hockey League’s weekly top 10 rankings were announced on Wednesday and the Soo Greyhounds continue to be among the CHL’s elite.
After being ranked third last week, the Greyhounds have moved up to second in the week four rankings. The lone team ranked above the Greyhounds is the Western League’s Kelowna Rockets, who were ranked second last week.
The top ranked team from a week ago, the Quebec League’s Rimouski Oceanic, dropped to third.
At 7-0-0-0, the Greyhounds sit in top spot in the OHL’s Western Conference, two points ahead of the Erie Otters, who were ranked fourth.
The Belleville Bulls were the other OHL team ranked in this weeks CHL top 10, while the Oshawa Generals were among the honourable mentions.

The Greyhounds head into their first extended road trip of the season this weekend, beginning Thursday night in North Bay against the Battalion.
The road trip continues on Saturday night in Belleville against the aforementioned Bulls while the trip wraps up on Sunday evening in Oshawa against the Generals.
