28. The Ministry of Health and Sudbury Regional General Hospital should investigate the feasibility of establishing a regional centre in Sudbury for the treatment of profound hypothermia victims.

29. These organizations should immediately implement a system for providing coordinated emergency medical care to victims of profound hypothermia similar to the coordinated system which currently exists for victims of severe trauma.
