Lowe is one of the top saddle-makers and fitters in the province and is making his first appearance at the Northern Ontario Pavilion during the 10-day fair, running November 4-13.

This year’s pavilion, supported by FedNor, features over 40 Northern agribusiness and equine entrepreneurs inside Canada’s premiere agricultural exposition.
