SooToday.com received the following letter and accompanying photo today from a faithful reader and concerned mother.
************************** I was in my car waiting for my mother to finish her chiropractor appointment when I observed a male and female (assuming the parents) with two children in strollers.
They stopped in front of the store seen in the photo and left their children outside in the rain while they went inside to look around.
The children sat outside for approximately three minutes.
I didn't know what to do, and by the time I found the number for CAS the parents had come out and left with their children.
Who does this?
This is so sad and disgusting, my heart hurts for these children.
I, myself being a young mother, am stereotyped and assumed to be a bad mom because I am young.
What about these people who appeared to be in their mid-30s?
