The weekend's high winds and rain led to damage around town.

Some faithful SooToday.com readers have passed along some pictures of the damage, including six pictures from Jeff Russon.

Russon snapped some photos of the damage the wind caused to the Algonquin on Queen St.

Some readers informed Soo Today that they heard loud banging coming from the area overnight, which was likely caused by the heavy winds gusting through the city.
