Thank you West 49, Station Mall security staff

SooToday.com received the following note today from the Lesage family thanking Station Mall staff members for their assistance and compassion during a potentially frightening incident that occurred on August 10, 2011.

****************************** On behalf of my family and myself, we would like to thank West 49 and the security staff working August 10.

My daughter fainted and collapsed while shopping at West 49.

The staff there and the security guards were fast, efficient and very helpful.

Not only did they help with our situation but went above and beyond.

West 49 moved racks around my daughter for her privacy, called 911 and one of the security guards even drove my son to the hospital for me.

Thank you all so much for making a scary situation less stressful and a little less scary.

My daughter is doing much better but is severely anemic.

Thank you once again for your time and assistance.

We all truly appreciate each and every one of you.
