***************************************************************** Attention Resident In the area of Baseline, Leighs Bay Road, Carpin Beach Road, Herkimer Road, Victoria Road. Hess St. Cottage Lane, Town Line Road.

This is your last Chance to protect your wells in your areas, when you read the following correspondence you will see that the City Officials have been Baby Sitting Algoma Steels Properties for years, the Steel plant has their own Property Manager but they are leaving this up to the City Officials to Baby Sit them to develop their properties at the Expence of The TAXPAYERS, Algoma Steel officials want to have the city install Water and Sanitary Sewers at City taxpayers expence, Not at the expence of Algoma Steel as it is their property not the City,

The G.P. Flakeboard Problems should set an example of the damages done to local wells in the neighbourhood of the Baseline.

Remember when they had [NAME OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY DELETED BY SOOTODAY.COM BECAUSE OF POTENTIAL LIBEL ISSUES] from Portland Oregon to do the preperation of the site by digging out twenty feet (20Ft) of muck loon dunk and made three (3) big Berm piles of the muck loon dunk as this muck was not suitable to give to anyone so the made the three (3) big berms and they hauled in 25 feet of slag, and caused heavy vibrations to the neighbourhood and destroying artesian wells.

[COMPANY NAME DELETED] went Bankrupt of the job site and there are Truckers that have not got paid for their work with their trucks as [NAME DELETED] did not bring any of their Equipment from Portland Oregon, they hired equipment locally an [NAME DELETED] went Bankrupt as some local equipment owners lost out on their pay.

The area now is the 79 acres of Algoma Steel which is Between The G.P. Flake Board Mill and Leighs Bay Road Across from Cecil Marshalls Property.

The Last time there was an open open house on July 18 2002 at city hall and The Consultants Totten Sims and Hubicki took some of the imput of the local residents Concerns, but the consultants are not listening to the local residents as to their final report they Ignored all the submissions that the local residents had filed at the open house on July 18-2002.

Now it is time that the Consultants listen to the local residents as an example the G.P. Flakeboard project should set the example but they just Ignore every one.

The cost of the Water and Sanitary Sewer line is at the expense of all the Taxpayers on private property of Algoma Steel.
