On Thursday, let's kick the oil companies in the annulus

********************* Buck a litre party! Sault Ste Marie- The price of gasoline has surpassed the symbolic $1 per litre mark and we want to celebrate.

To mark this momentous occasion, we will be hosting a "buck a litre party" on Thursday August 18 from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m. at Algoma's Water Tower Inn in the Lone Star Bar.

All who arrive at the party in a fossil-fuel-free mode of transportation will be able to buy for $1 a token for a symbolic litre of locally brewed beer.

We will also be launching our Burn Fat Not Gas campaign and will host the charter meeting of Sault Ste Marie's Autoholics Anonymous.

We will also be providing information on how to live a healthier, cheaper and less stressful fossil fuel free lifestyle.
