An inaugural Sault walk in support of cystic fibrosis research, care and advocacy managed to draw more than 100 participants this morning at John Rhodes Community Centre.

An inaugural Sault walk in support of cystic fibrosis research, care and advocacy managed to draw more than 100 participants this morning at John Rhodes Community Centre.

And it had raised an unofficial, but none-too-shabby, $19,000 as of an early count.

The Carstar Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis Canada included a large contingent of walkers who came out for Christina Foster, a Central Algoma Secondary School Teacher and lung transplant recipient.
