On March 30, 2015, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated a dated domestic sexual assault complaint.
On March 30, 2015, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated a dated domestic sexual assault complaint.
Officers learned that a female had been sexually assaulted by her 34-year-old boyfriend.
The assault consisted of the accused attempting to have nonconsensual sexual contact with the victim.
The victim did not require any medical attention.
The accused has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
The accused will appear in bail court on March 31.
