Stitch Co. - Sault Ste. Marie’s newest entrepreneurial venture - will kick off the spring season with the unveiling of their Wholesale Collection Line and local displays at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Shabby Motley on (356) Queen Street East in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie.

Plan to stay at Shabby Motley to enjoy their always-delicious baked goods, handsome locally roasted coffees, and of course, some yarn!

Preparing to move onto the Mill Square Site in 2016, Stitch Co. will join FlutterGo, and Grow Co. as successful businesses graduating from the Superior Skills program at Destination North.

“It’s been wonderful to see the transformation in our staff,” says Melanie Lemieux, Stitch Co. production coordinator.

Stitch Co. seeks to contribute to the enhancement of our community by creating sustainable employment opportunities and advancements through quality goods.

In partnership with Ontario Works and Destination North’s Superior Skills, Stitch Co. was created to face the challenges of unemployment head on.
