Henry and Sarah charged with numerous drug offences

On November 27, 2014, city police executed a search warrant at 633 Queen Street West. During the search of the residence it is alleged that a prohibited knife, marijuana, hashish, cannabis resin (hash oil), digital scales and other drug paraphernalia was located.

Two accused were located and arrested. 

During the arrest the accused Henry Wilfred Cadreau age 32, of 633 Queen Street West was also found to be in possession of 10 grams of cocaine and 6.5 grams of crack cocaine.

The accused Cadreau is charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking X 2, possession of a controlled substance X 3, possession of a prohibited weapon, obstruct police and being in possession of a prohibited weapon while he is prohibited by the courts.

The accused will appear in Bail Court on November 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. 

The second accused Sarah Elisabeth Mergaert, age 33 of 633 Queen Street West, is charged with possession of a controlled substance X 3, possession of a prohibited weapon and being in possession of a prohibited weapon while she is prohibited by the courts.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court on December 29, 2014 at 9 a.m.
