On November 26, 2014, city police responded to a disturbance in the downtown area. Information was received that an assault had taken place.
It is alleged that the accused Robert John Graham assaulted a female victim by grabbing her by both arms and pushed her into a wall causing the victim to hit her head on the wall.
The victim went to hospital for medical assistance.
The accused was arrested for assault and will appear in court on December 29, 2014 at 9 a.m.
