OPP wish to advise motorists that Highway 17 from Wawa to White River has reopened.

Original 12:15 a.m. advisory - Road Advisory - Hwy 17 Wawa to White River closed

Superior East Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police advise of the following road closure:

Highway: Hwy 17

Location: Hwy 17 from Wawa to White River

Brief Description of Event: Ice covered roads are creating hazardous driving conditions.
