On October 23, 2014 at 11:10 hours, city police arrested and charged Kerry Mearow, 38 years old, of Wallace Terrace with breach of recognizance of bail.

It is alleged that Mr. Mearow failed to report to a program as required by the court.

He will be appearing in Bail Court on October 24, 2014.
