On September 28, 2014 at 11:45 p.m., Joseph Martone, age 55 of Shafer Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie was on the property of 482 Black Road, commonly known as Autorama.
It is alleged that Martone had broken into a storage trailer and was stealing property from it.
Patrol officers arrested and charged him with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime and trespassing by night.
He will appear in bail court on September 29.
