Route changing for Riverside bus (also, Queen has reopened!)

Sault Ste. Marie Transit advises that Pioneer Construction has re-opened Queen Street between Church and Pine this morning and the Riverside bus will be reverting to its regular route at 9:45 a.m. Not for long though.

Sault Ste. Marie Transit advises that Pioneer Construction has re-opened Queen Street between Church and Pine this morning and the Riverside bus will be reverting to its regular route at 9:45 a.m.

Not for long though.

Permanent changes are in store for the Riverside route starting Sunday, as described in the release below:

Sault Ste. Marie Transit Services will be making permanent changes to its Riverside bus route (Route #4) starting Sunday, September 14, 2014.

The outbound Riverside bus route will change as follows:

  • Queen Street
  • Left on Huron Street
  • Left on Bay Street
  • Continue on regular route

This change will not affect the schedule of the route.

The inbound Riverside bus route will remain the same.
