The game, originally scheduled for 2 p.m., was moved back to 5 p.m. to give the Whalers time to arrive in town after playing at home last night. The Whalers dropped a 6-2 decision at home to the Sarnia Sting last night.

7:56 p.m. Update

Greyhounds coach Sheldon Keefe called the Greyhounds kill of Plymouth's five-on-three man advantage late in the second period a difference in the win. The Greyhounds coach did not go into detail about Jared McCann's lack of ice time in the final two periods. He would only call it a coaching decision.

Whalers coach Mike Velucci wouldn't call the five-on-three a turning point. The Whalers coach said the Greyhounds rebounding for two quick goals after the Whalers went up 2-1 was more of a turning point in the hockey game.

Greyhounds forward Bryan Moore had his 11-game point streak snapped in Sudnay's win.

Andrew Fritsch scores into an empty Plymouth net for the Greyhounds with 16 seconds left to seal a 4-2 win for the Greyhounds...final shots were 39-30 Greyhounds

3 minutes left and the Greyhounds continue to hold a 3-2 lead over the Whalers

Jared McCann has seen no ice time since early in the second period. The sophomore forward remains on the Greyhounds bench but has not seen a shift since early in the second period
