MARKHAM - Darrell Keeling, Eastern Regional Director, and Michael Rosso, North and West Regional Director, are pleased to announce the following organizational changes for Flakeboard plant operations effective immediately.

Western Region - Tom Quesenberry, the former Malvern Plant Manager, has relocated to Oregon to become the Regional Manufacturing Manager.

In this role, Tom will assume overall plant management responsibilities for both the Eugene MDF and the Duraflake Particleboard plant in Albany OR.

Eastern Region - We are pleased to announce that Rick Culpepper accepted the position of Plant Manager at the MDF plant in Malvern, Arkansas.

Rick comes to Flakeboard with extensive manufacturing experience in composite panels.

Northern Region - Lloyd Hotchkiss has accepted the role of Plant Manager for the Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario MDF facility.

Lloyd was formerly the manager of Lamination, Shipping and Logistics at the site.

Michael Rosso commented that "...these changes will further strengthen our operations with proven and experienced leadership that is required to support both the current operating needs and the future growth prospects for the Company."
