Robert Eshkibok, age 30, of 55 South Eden was arrested at 7:45 pm last night and charged with one count of fail to provide breath sample, one count of intoxicated in a public place and one count of mischief under $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 2_^nd of April the accused was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Second Line East.

When officers made the roadside breath demand the accused refused to provide a sample.

While in custody at the police station, the accused intentionally clogged the toilet inside his cell and caused it to flood.

The accused is to appear in court on the 7_^th of May.
